How alive do you really feel?
Created by Raquel Dutra, homeopath · 6 years in practice · hundreds of clients
Do you wake up rested most mornings?
Does your energy last through the afternoon?
Do you feel at home in your body?
Do you say what you really think, even when it’s uncomfortable?
Do you have time for something creative every week?
Do the people around you know your real dreams?
Are you free of old patterns that keep repeating in your life?
Do you recover quickly after stress or conflict?
Is your health mostly free of recurring complaints?
Did something make you feel truly alive this week?
Are you moving toward a dream right now, not “someday”?
Do you feel you’re living your life, not just managing it?
Which would help you most right now?
Where shall I send it?
Running on Empty
Alive in Some Places
Fully Alive
What this means
Let’s pause here for a moment, because this matters.
You are getting through the days, but somewhere along the way you stopped really living them. Tiredness has become the background music. Your own needs wait at the end of the line, after everyone else’s. And some struggles keep circling back, no matter how hard you try.
Hear this clearly: this is not a flaw in you, and it is not who you are. It is what happens when a body and a heart carry too much, for too long, without being truly heard. I see it again and again in my practice: we get sick, and we lose our power, when we cannot express our soul, our voice. What looks like exhaustion is very often a life force that has been holding its breath.
Sit or lie down, and let your weight be fully held by the chair, the bed, the floor. Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
Breathe in gently through your nose, and let the out-breath be longer, like a slow sigh. Five times. Feel your hands rise and fall.
Now ask your body, not your mind: “What do I need right now?” And wait. The first answer may be tiny: water, rest, a walk, a cry, a “no.” Honour it today. This is how aliveness returns: one heard need at a time.
A question to carry
When did I last feel truly alive? What was I doing, who was I with, and what was my body doing?
What this means
You know what aliveness feels like, because you already have it in some places.
Maybe your body is strong, but your voice stays quiet in the rooms that matter. Maybe you create beautifully, but you’re drained by the end of the day. Maybe you give everything to others and have nothing left for the dream that waits for you at night.
That unevenness isn’t a problem to fix. It’s a map. It shows exactly where your energy flows freely and where it gets caught. And the places where it gets caught are rarely random: they usually hold an old story, a moment when it wasn’t safe to be fully you.
Look at your four scores. Place a hand where your quietest area lives in your body: your throat for Voice, your belly for Body, your heart for Joy, your forehead for Patterns.
Breathe slowly into your hand, three times, and feel it warm.
Now imagine the brightness of your strongest area as warm, golden light, and let it flow through your body into the place under your hand. Stay for a few breaths. You are not missing anything. You are reconnecting what is already yours.
A question to carry
Where in my life do I still hold back, and whose voice taught me to?
What this means
You’re living close to your aliveness. You rest enough, you speak your truth, and you’re moving toward what you love. That is rare, and it is beautiful.
It didn’t happen by accident. You’ve done real work to be here, and your body knows it.
Aliveness, though, is not a finish line. It is a living rhythm, breath in and breath out, and it needs tending, especially through the seasons that test it.
Stand up. Feel your feet on the ground and let your knees soften.
Breathe in and let your arms rise slowly, as if lifting light up from the earth. Breathe out and let them float down. Three times.
Then place both hands on your heart and say, out loud if you can: “I am ready for more.” Notice what moves in you when you say it.
A question to carry
What is the next thing I am ready to create, and how would it feel in my body to already be living it?
Awaken the Body
Start hereBody: Before you reach for your phone, stretch slowly for one minute and notice where your body says “thank you.”
Direction: Ask your body each morning: “What do I need today?” and let it choose one thing.
Liberate the Voice
Start hereBody: Hum for one minute and feel the vibration spread through your throat and chest.
Direction: Say one true sentence a day, out loud, that you would normally swallow.
Interrupt the Pattern
Start hereBody: When the old reaction starts, put your feet on the floor and take one long out-breath.
Direction: Name it, “Here it is again,” and ask: “What would I do if I weren’t afraid?”
Vitalize the Life Force
Start hereBody: Hands on chest and belly: feel your breath move your whole body, all the way down.
Direction: Remedies meet your vital force, so what has been held can finally release. This is the heart of my work.
Express Your Joy
Start hereBody: Dance to one song a day, just because.
Direction: Write: “The next thing I am ready to create is…” and feel in your body that it is already true.
What’s possible
Your body has not forgotten how to feel alive. It remembers, in every cell.
Homeopathic remedies speak to your vital force, the intelligence underneath your health, and help it release what has been sitting on you, often layers carried for years. Usually energy returns first. Then your voice. Then the joy.
You don’t have to push harder. You have to be met, fully, in your whole story.
Phosphoric acid
Exhaustion that comes after grief, loss, long stress or overwork. Flat rather than stormy: too tired to talk, to think, even to feel. The emotions have gone quiet, as if the battery simply ran out. It often belongs to people who kept going for everyone else until there was nothing left.
Widely available in health food stores. Remedies work best chosen for the whole of you: if you recognise yourself here, write to me or book a session, and we’ll find yours.
Your next step
A Golden Session: 60 minutes where I listen to all of you, body, feelings and story, choose your remedies, and give you simple practices to keep healing at home. This is where we begin to lift the cover off your light.
What’s possible
When we look at the whole pattern at once, your body, your story and your design, the stuck places start to make sense.
Then we can choose remedies and practices that move exactly those places, so all of you comes alive together, not one piece at a time. This is where a real quantum leap becomes possible.
Natrum muriaticum
Old hurt held tightly inside. Bright, responsible and caring on the outside, closed and private within. Walls built long ago, for good reason. Prefers to cry alone, returns to the past, and finds it hard to receive comfort, even when it is offered with love.
Widely available in health food stores. Remedies work best chosen for the whole of you: if you recognise yourself here, write to me or book a session, and we’ll find yours.
Your next step
The Aliveness Map: a reading of your astrology, Human Design and Gene Keys, woven together and matched to your remedies. You’ll see the whole map of you: your gifts, your blocks, and the root that empowers you.
What’s possible
Life will still bring colds, falls, heartbreak and busy seasons. Having the right remedies at home, and knowing how to use them, keeps small things small, so your energy stays yours.
And your glow can go further. This is often exactly where the real quantum leap begins: into what you are here to create.
Arnica
The first remedy for falls, bumps, bruises, overdoing it and shock. “I’m fine,” says the person who just fell. The one remedy every home should have, so that small things stay small and your energy stays yours.
Widely available in health food stores. Remedies work best chosen for the whole of you: if you recognise yourself here, write to me or book a session, and we’ll find yours.
Your next step
Stock your home apothecary with the remedies people love most: the oils, balms and tinctures I make by hand. And if you feel the pull to go further, explore the Aliveness Map and see the whole design of who you are becoming.
