My work has evolved, because I have. This practice isn't built from one credential, it's built from an entire life devoted to one question: how do we actually evolve as human beings, and how do we hold that space for others too?

I've cared for my own health, and my family's, exclusively with homeopathy for years, and in 2022, I founded Homeopathy Echoes to bring this same care to others. I'm a Certified Practical and Intuitive Homeopath, and I don't treat symptoms, I work with the vital force itself, the intelligence underneath your health, your patterns, your story. I'm also the mother of four homeschooling children, all born naturally, and alongside my husband, I've built a contemporary home from raw land, designed and crafted specifically for optimal health.

Before homeopathy became my life's work, it was built on another foundation entirely. I've played classical piano since the age of 4, studied dance and movement for decades with teachers around the world, and spent years devoted to painting and performance, including a solo piece, Cleopatra, at the West End Theatre in NYC.

That entire world, movement, music, paint, performance, is still alive underneath everything I do now. It was never separate lives. It was one life, manifesting itself through every form it could find, the many me's, all the same one..

My Approach

I don't treat symptoms. I work with the vital force itself, the intelligence underneath your health, your patterns, your story, sensing into the body systems, the tissues, the cellular consciousness that holds what words can't reach.

My years of somatic and movement research, Body-Mind Centering, Alexander Technique, Klein Technique, Eutony, Butoh, and decades of dance, are not separate from my clinical work. They're the same inquiry, applied to healing: how does the body actually hold, release, and remember? I bring remedy, embodied anatomy, and manifestation together to release what's been stuck and activate what's been waiting.

You are not broken. You are unexpressed. My work exists to change that.

My practice supports families, children, and complex pediatric cases, women's and men's health at every stage of life, fertility and pregnancy, dental and oral wellness, and trauma integration. I see clients in person across the Capital District, Hudson Valley, Chatham, and the Berkshires, and online worldwide, in English and in Portuguese.

Homeopathy

I'm a Certified Practical and Intuitive Homeopath, graduated from:

  • The Academy of Practical Homeopathy®, under Joette Calabrese, built on the 150 years of clinical experience of the Banerji Clinic in India

  • The School of Intuitive Homeopathy, Healing Complex Children and Neurodiversity, with Angelica Lemke, in Oregon

  • Currently completing my Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Homeopathy, with Hilery Dorian, at CHE, the Center for Homeopathic Education, England

I've also studied Megapotencies and Radionics with Jill Turland, a pioneer of high dilutions, and extensively studied the Sensation Method with Rajan Sankaran.

My understanding of homeopathy has also been shaped by many other teachers and thinkers whose work I return to again and again: Declan Hammond, whose synthesis of homeopathy, transpersonal therapy, and shamanic practice opened an entirely different depth to this medicine; Colin Griffith, whose remedy selection and miasmatic understanding runs through so much of my own case-taking; Alize Timmerman, whose work with matridonal remedies and connection throught the heart brought so much depth; Jeremy Sherr, founder of the Dynamis School and one of the great living provers of our time; Bella Griffith, Rose Anthistle, and Sarah Valentini have inspired this work tremendously as well, among many others.

Embodiment

My embodiment training runs through decades of somatic research and dance, movement studied not just as performance, but as a real inquiry into how the body holds, releases, and remembers. This research shapes how I sense into a case today, feeling for what a symptom is actually carrying, in the tissue itself, not just the story around it. Teachers that have really taught me further, just to name a few: Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Barbara Mahler and Susan Klein, Yoshito Ohno, June Ekman, Toshiyuki Tanaka, all amazing, wonderful beings that shine so much knowledge about the body and mind.

Manifestation

My relationship to Manifestation started long before I had words for it, as a child, in meditation and relaxation practice woven between the ballet, the swimming, and the piano. That early stillness became the root, later deepened through further study in mind training, the quantum field, and energetic work, forming the third pillar of everything I do: not just healing the body, but activating what it's here to create, and the best part, connecting deeply with my soul.
