What Sets Our classes and Retreats Apart
01 / REAL EXPERTISE
Every class is taught from years of clinical practice, not theory alone. Training through the Academy of Practical Homeopathy, the Banerji Protocols, and specialized study in complex pediatric cases means you're learning from someone who has actually walked this path with real families and real remedies.
02 / A Natural Approach
Rooted in the body's own intelligence, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. These classes teach you to read symptoms, understand remedies, and work with nature rather than against it.
03 / Practical, Individualized, and Useful
No abstract theory you can't apply. Every class gives you protocols you can actually use, tailored to real situations, so you leave with tools you'll reach for again and again, not just notes you'll forget.

A Natural Approach
Homeopathy for Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum
August 15th, 10am–12pm · One-day workshop, 2 hours · In person
Your body. Your birth. Your knowing.
You're growing a person. And somewhere between the appointments, the advice, and the endless opinions, you may have started wondering: what can I do? What's actually in my hands?
More than you think.
In two hours, you'll walk away with a set of gentle, natural tools and homeopathic remedies to carry you through pregnancy, labor, birth, and those tender first weeks after. Not to replace your care team — to stand alongside them, so you're not arriving at each stage empty-handed.
We'll cover:
· Pregnancy — nausea, exhaustion, aching hips, the sleep that won't come
· Labor & birth — remedies for a long labor, for fear, for exhaustion, for a body that needs encouragement
· The immediate postpartum — bruising, soreness, healing, the shock of it all
· Those first weeks — milk supply, sore nipples, the emotional weather nobody warned you about
You'll leave knowing what to pack in your birth bag and what to have waiting at home. Simple, specific, and yours.
This workshop is offered together with Jennifer Fegan-Szalay, CM, LM of Blessingway Midwifery — so you're getting both the homeopathy and the hands-on midwifery wisdom in the same room.
Come with your questions. Bring your partner, your mother, your friend who's due a month after you.
When: Saturday, August 15, 10:00am–12:00pm
Where: In Person.
Capital District, NY, Castletown or Chatham, NY — confirmed once we know who's coming and which space fits everyone best. Come ready for either.

Free Intro Class: Homeopathy at Home
Saturday, August 22, 10:00–11:00am · Online on Zoom · Free
Maybe you've heard the word "homeopathy" and nodded along without quite knowing what it means. Maybe a friend swears by it. Maybe you've got a little bottle of something in your cabinet that someone gave you, and you've never been sure when to use it.
Start here.
In one hour, you'll get a real first taste of what homeopathy is, how it actually works, and why it fits so naturally into the way you're already trying to care for your family. No prior knowledge needed. No commitment. Just an honest introduction from someone who uses it every day.
We'll cover:
· What homeopathy is — and what it isn't
· How remedies work with your body's own healing, not against it
· Where it fits alongside the care you're already giving
· What a home remedy kit looks like, and how families actually use one
Come with your questions. Truly — bring the one you've been too shy to ask. This hour is for exactly that.
And if it sparks something in you, this is the doorway into our four-session series, Homeopathy at Home: Part 1, beginning mid-September.
When: Saturday, August 22, 10:00–11:00am
Where: Online on Zoom
Cost: Free
Bring a friend. Bring your sister. Bring the mama who's been asking you where to start.

-
If it resonates, you're warmly invited to continue with Part 1: Homeopathy at Home this fall, a deeper 4-session series. There's no pressure either way, this class stands complete on its own.

A four-session series for families
It's the fourth night of the cough. Or the fever that spiked at 2am. Or the sore throat that has you wondering, again, whether this is the week you end up back at the pediatrician for another round of antibiotics.
You've felt the pull toward something gentler. What you may not have yet is the confidence to act on it.
Over four sessions, you'll build a real working foundation in homeopathy for the illnesses that actually come through your door — and you'll learn something more valuable than any remedy list: how to look at your child and know what you're seeing.
What we'll cover
· Infections and alternatives to antibiotics — what to reach for first, what actually helps, and how to recognize when something genuinely needs a doctor
· Colds, coughs and sore throats — respiratory support through every stage, from the first tickle to the cough that lingers
· Fevers and common childhood illness — how to read a fever instead of fearing it
· Cuts, scrapes and first aid — the handful of remedies that belong in every kitchen drawer
· Digestive upsets and tummy troubles — from teething bellies to the food that didn't agreeWhat you'll walk away with
Highly effective, practical protocols you can use with confidence. Not a chart to memorize — a way of observing, and then acting.
By the end of four sessions you'll have your own home remedy kit, you'll know what each remedy is for, and you'll know what to do at 2am without reaching for your phone to search.
Who this is for
Parents and caregivers who want to care for their families more naturally and are ready to learn properly rather than guess. No prior knowledge of homeopathy needed — this series starts at the beginning.

Winter · Four sessions, two hours each · In person, Capital District, NY
Part 1 taught you the everyday — the cough, the fever, the scraped knee. You learned to observe, and to act.
Part 2 is for what comes next: the things that unfold over weeks rather than days. The rash that keeps returning. The ankle that still isn't right. The recovery that's taking longer than anyone expected. The child who isn't quite themselves and you can't say exactly why.
These are the situations where most people stop and reach for the phone. By the end of this series, you won't have to.
What we'll cover
· Injuries and sprains — falls, twists, bruises, and the remedies that speed recovery
· Skin conditions — rashes, eczema, hives, and what the skin is telling you
· Surgery and recovery — support before and after, including bruising and healing
· Sleep, teething and behavior — the restless nights, the hard weeks, the child who isn't quite themselvesWhat you'll walk away with
A deeper reading of your family. Part 1 gave you protocols for acute moments; Part 2 gives you patience and precision for the slower ones — knowing when to wait, when to repeat, when to change course, and when something has moved beyond what home care should handle.
Do I need to have done Part 1?
No. Part 2 stands on its own, and we'll cover what you need as we go. But the two build naturally, and if you're new to homeopathy, starting with Part 1 will make this series land more deeply.
Who this is for
Parents and caregivers who've already begun — whether through Part 1, through your own reading, or through years of using remedies without formal teaching — and who want to go further than the acute basics.
